Territories

Territories are claimable portions of land, either for herds or packs. There are currently six claimable territories, three for horses and three for wolves. Each territory can only support so many pack or herd members before the alpha or leads must purchase a sub-board of additional territory.

For example, the Highwind Mountains can support 12 horses. Once the herd reaches 12, one or both of the leads must purchase a territory sub-board such as Dark Ravine. With the Dark Ravine their territory could support 4 more horses.

Roaming

Roaming territories are territories specifically for loners. These territories are sorted between equines and wolves. Wolf territories include Cedar Ridge and the Keeper's Cave. Equine territories include the Stone Field and Sunstone Canyon.

Mingling

In mingling territories, equines and wolves can appear in threads together. Most often, they are on peaceful terms such as at the Heron Lake, but, not always. Equines can be hunted in these territories. Also some boards are for specific posts such as birthing or fighting.

Joining

If a horse needs a herd or a wolf needs a pack, they can go to the joining boards. Joining boards are divided between dark wolf/equine, equine and wolf. Dark wolves and horses can post in the other boards but posts made in the Bristlethorn Hollow are free for rape or stealing, even if that wolf is already in a herd or pack. Leaders and alphas may fight over a potential pack member. In the case of females, they must go with the winner, males may chose.
